Thon Residence Florence Aparthotel - Brussels

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location in the city center down Avenue Louise was perfect for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment we stayed in was newly renovated and well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to a washing machine. The balcony provided a great outdoor space to relax and the triple glazed windows ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also offered great amenities such as a sauna and fitness center, which we took advantage of during our stay. The cleanliness of the apartment and the promptness of the housekeeping service impressed us. we felt right at home in this luxurious and comfortable hotel.

There was a huge apartment with all that we needed, we had with us a five years old child.

Stayed there as a base for visiting Brussels with a young family. Incredible value for money, Comfy, clean rooms and even free parking!

Great location, close to public transportation and surrounded by shops and dining options. the apartment was spacious and well, equipped with the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. Lastly, the triple glazed windows helped to keep the noise level down, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Our experience was marred by some unpleasant situations. First, the check, in process was confusing and inconvenient, requiring us to travel some distance to complete the check, in procedure.

Nothing. First of all is not a hotel or a hotel appartment.They rent an appartmet with no services as a hotel appartment. I will take the matter further to the authorities in Brussels.

Great two floor apartment - stayed for a night, could had stayed for a month. 10 minutes to underground, can walk into town centre.

Spiral staircase to 2nd floor might be tricky for older people to climb, or to carry large suitcases up.

It is also conveniently close to a hotel where the keys are picked up at a 24-hour reception. the apartments have modern kitchens and are nicely furnished, making them comfortable for a longer stay. One reviewer even received a complimentary late check-out.

One guest had an unfortunate experience with an assigned apartment, which was below their expectations in various aspects and did not match the photos.

Relying on the information on Booked.net and reviews of customers, I booked for my family a stay in the Thon Residence Florence. The only complaint is an insufficient number of towels: three towels of a very modest size each were definitely not enough for three adults. And don't forget to take some washing-up liquid and, perhaps, a bottle-opener. Otherwise, everything was Ok. Our two-bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and well- equipped. The underground parking is absolutely indispensable if one is travelling by car. Can't say anything about other facilities: we had our meals in the apartment and did not visit the main building for matters other than check-in and check-out. The Residence's location is rather central and convenient. So, I would recommend this hotel for city-breaks.

Great location, spacious apartment, well-equipped kitchen, good quality furnishings, great wifi and TV, soundproof windows.

There was nothing I didn't like.

It's a great accomodation in nice neiborghood. Apartment was very spacious, we get three bedrooms even if we booked two for two couples. There were two bathrooms. Great stay!

Not much -we didn't have hair dryer; carpets are old, they should be changed soon.

The transportation was convenient and it was easy to get around the city. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities were great. The staff was friendly and we received good service and breakfast every morning.

The apartment was spacious and well-furnished, with modern amenities such as a great TV and excellent Wi-Fi. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook a full meal. The location was very convenient, with shops and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away, and public transportation just a short distance from the accommodations.

The bathroom was outdated and not very clean. The smell in the restroom was unpleasant.

Although the location is great the room was not clean. The carpet and draperies need to be replaced urgently.
